Emi’s Eatery is a family-run sandwich shop that offers healthy options, classic tastes, and unique flavors. But... how did we get here?
“I grew up cooking and loved experimenting to get unique flavors. I’ve always wanted to serve people and share the food I love to make.”
After operating a charcuterie business with friends, Stephen was inspired to start an eat-in restaurant in his community. This became Emi’s Eatery- a fun place to engage with people and food!
Emi’s Eatery is named after Stephen’s fiancée, Emileigh.
“Having her name here carries the sentiment of having something so incredibly special to me at the center of this.”
“ This project has fingerprints all over it, and so many of them are not my own.”
